Spin Class starting January 15 – March 29. Spin class will be held daily, Monday through Friday (5 days per week), from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Set-up begins at 9:15 am. You must be ready to go at 9:30 am with your bike set-up.

There won't be any Yoga classes on Dec. 26th and Dec. 28th.

We are excited to announce that the new restrooms inside the Lifestyle Center pool area are finished and ready for use.

There will not be an Aqua Class from Friday December 22- Wednesday December 27.  Class will resume on Thursday December 28. There will not be an Aqua Class on New Year’s Day Monday, January 1st.
