1.CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL BOARD & PPM
2.STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION – Purpose & Goals – Purpose is to define the direction, goals, and priorities for the organization over a specific period (usually 3-5 years). This meeting is essential for aligning the HOA/Board around a shared vision and strategy. The goals are typically specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound. This may include discussions of budgets, action assignments and any technological requirements. The Board will brainstorm various strategic initiatives, then prioritize them based on urgency, impact, and resources. Then, the meeting concludes with an open discussion (owners) for feedback, and any final adjustments to the plan.
