Homeowners, please be advised there will be work happening around the corner of Yeager, Lancaster and Biery to repair the HOAs small lake there known as the Yeager lake (see map, are marked with pink X’s). This will involve cutting into the road therefore, the area will be blocked off to through traffic April 7 through April 11, 2025. If the dates change, we will inform you further.
