An Addition to Indian Palms’ Security Services…

Background

The Board of IPMA has been investigating ways of deploying our security services more efficiently. That study revealed that we could achieve a significant improvement if we changed the reporting structure within our security staff.

Working with our security contractor, Allied Universal (AUS), the IPMA Board has designed a new position within our security team – Security Manager. This new position will be full-time, on-site and will create the opportunity for the candidate to learn the intimate details about Indian Palms, and then create a security plan designed to meet the specific requirements of our community. The position will be an employee of AUS and part of IPMA’s security contract with AUS.

The Board considered multiple candidates and has approved an individual we believe will be a great fit for this new position.

Introducing Philip Frank

Philip has a long history in security services and has worked with advanced security equipment. He is qualified to deploy the new security technology that Indian Palms has recently installed. He is skilled in staff scheduling, teambuilding, training, and development.  Philip grew up in Indio, so he is familiar with the community, its unique security challenges and currently lives in Indio with his young family.

Effective immediately, all of our security personnel will report directly to Philip and Philip will be responsible for all aspects of security within Indian Palms. While Philip will be on the property for a regular 40-hour weekly shift, his position is salaried and thus he will be available 24/7 should emergencies or situations arise.

You can contact Philip (or the rest of our security team) by calling the guard house at (760) 863-4161 or emailing [email protected].

Please join the Board in welcoming Philip to Indian Palms.
