Homeowners: Attached is the new signed City of Indio Ordinance amending the Chapters of the Indio Municipal Code relating to Short Term Vacation Rentals. The Board of Directors has no jurisdiction over governing their ordinances however, they will be looking into incorporating some of the language into IPCCA’s Rules & Regulations in the future.
