Dear Indian Palms Homeowners and Residents-
With Governor Newsom’s latest restrictions as of midnight March 15, 2020 and information received from The World Health Organization and The Center for Disease Control regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic; Indian Palms Community Association via Desert Management will be suspending the issuing of transponders until March 31, 2020. At that time, we will re-evaluate the situation and make a decision as to the reinstatement date.
Please be reminded, you do have access through the Monroe gate which we realize may be inconvenient but we must consider the health and well-being of our staff and all of you.
