PROPOSED CC&R AMENDMENT
If you have received an email from an address titled “Admin IPCC” with the email “[email protected]”, it did not come from Personalized Property Management (PPM). It came from a group that are pro – STR folks. They also have a website called “IPCC Homeowners Rights Association.”
All owners have the right to campaign for any HOA issue they wish, but this titling of the sender’s email address is causing a lot of owners to question if the emails are coming from PPM. They are not nor are they affiliated with PPM. PPM has no position on this CC&R Amendment.
