IPCCA Committees & Volunteers

Lifestyle Center Committee

The Lifestyle Center Committee is a volunteer group comprised of users and participants in the various LSC activities working together towards a common goal of accessibility, inclusion and a variety of health and fitness offerings for all members.

Rules Committee

The Rules Committee is a volunteer group comprised of IPCCA Homeowners.  The Rules Committee is responsible for documenting and reporting IPCCA Rules & Regulations and CC&Rs compliance issues to the IPCCA Board.

The Rules Committee is currently recruiting new volunteers.  If you are interested in applying, please complete and submit the Volunteer Application Form linked below. 

Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is a volunteer group comprised of IPCCA Homeowners.  The Architectural Committee reviews all architectual applications and communicates their recommendations to the IPCCA Board.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee is a volunteer group comprised of IPCCA Homeowners.   This Committee assists the IPCCA Board communicate and share news, updates, alerts and other information with IPCCA Homeowners.

Lakes Committee

The Lakes Committee is a volunteer group comprised of IPCCA Homeowners.  The Lakes Committee assists the IPCCA Board with a variety of tasks associated with the renovation and improvements of the common area lakes.
