Thank you to everyone who participated in the Annual Meeting held on April 8, 2026. Your continued involvement is essential to the success of our community. We also extend our appreciation to Personalized Property Management (PPM) and the volunteers who supported a smooth and successful election process. 

Election Results: 

  • Bob Hertel – 507 votes 
  • Genoa Meneses – 344 votes 
  • Kathleen Rieth – 686 votes 
  • Rick Ryan – 741 votes 
  • Gregory Sanchez – 423 votes 
  • Lynn Schaan – 1,022 votes 

The vote on IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 passed with 1,219 votes in favor and 23 opposed. 

Following the meeting, the 2026–2027 Board of Directors are:

  • Kathleen Rieth, Vice President 
  • Lynn Abrahamson, Secretary 
  • Terry Manery, Treasurer 
  • Rick Ryan, Director at Large 

Board meetings are typically every third Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom, with no meetings scheduled in July, August, or December. Agendas are sent prior to the meetings via the owner portal and posted on HOA-IPCCA.com. Please note that meeting schedules are subject to change. 

The Board of Directors, elected by the membership, is responsible for overseeing the Association’s budget, establishing policy, and enforcing the Governing Documents, including the Bylaws, CC&Rs, and Rules and Regulations. Personalized Property Management supports these efforts and manages the daily operations of the Lifestyle Center and staff.
