To help ensure the work is completed efficiently and on schedule, homeowners with HOA-maintained palm trees located in rear yards are kindly asked to ensure that side gates are unlocked and accessible on the scheduled service dates.
If you observe any concerns or issues related to the trimming services, please report them to PPM immediately so they may be addressed promptly. Maintenance requests may be submitted by emailing workorders@hoappm.com.
