Dear Homeowners,
In anticipation of the upcoming festival weekends, the Board of Directors, in coordination with Patrol Masters, will temporarily suspend enforcement of the Association’s overnight parking restrictions within IPCCA.
This accommodation will be in effect from Thursday at 1:00 a.m. through Monday at 6:00 a.m. during each of the three festival weekends. During this time, vehicles parked overnight in the community will not be subject to citation or towing.
Homeowners who host short-term rental guests, family members, or other visitors are reminded that they remain fully responsible for ensuring that all occupants and guests comply with the Association’s Rules and Regulations as well as the City of Indio noise ordinance. Both documents are available on the main page of the Association’s website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review these guidelines with your guests in advance to help maintain a respectful environment for the entire community.
If you experience a noise disturbance, please report the matter directly to City of Indio Code Enforcement by phone or through the City of Indio website. If the situation requires immediate attention, homeowners should contact local law enforcement.
Please also note that Patrol Masters will be on-site during the festival weekends from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. to patrol the community. They are available to assist with matters such as trespassing, after-hours pool use, or noise-related concerns. Patrol Masters operates independently from the front gate security provider (Allied) and works directly for IPCCA.
Patrol Masters may be reached at 877-648-0602 should assistance be needed.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping preserve the safety, order, and enjoyment of our community during these busy weekends.
Have fun, enjoy the festivals, and please be safe.
Sincerely, Board of Directors
