TO: MEMBERS, INDIAN PALMS COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors has scheduled the annual meeting for the Members of each delegate district of the Indian Palms Country Club Association for April 8, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at the Palm Terrace Room onsite at IPCC.
The voting materials will be mailed at least thirty (30) days or more prior to the meeting date. Your ballot must be returned to the Inspector of Election, c/o PPM, 68950 Adelina Road, Cathedral City, CA 92234, by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Ballots must be mailed or hand delivered to PPMs offices, they cannot be dropped off at the Lifestyle Center.
The Inspector of Election and District Delegates will begin opening and tallying the votes at 3:00 p.m. Members may attend the meeting and watch the opening and counting of ballots if they wish. However, the business portion of the meeting and open forum will commence at 5:00 p.m.
The purpose of the annual meeting of the delegate district members is to:
- Instruct the District Delegates on how to vote to elect three (3) Directors to the Association’s Board of Directors.

Denotes Incumbent ** - Determine the allocation of any excess operating funds at the end of the current fiscal year; and
- Conduct such other business as may properly come before the Delegates at that time.
Tabulation of votes will take place at the Annual Meeting of Delegate District Members.
