Notice to owners with homes that abut the walls surrounding IPCC, the Master Association is painting the exterior side of the walls along Monroe St. They are also painting the pillars and will need access to your backyards to paint the pillars only. The company is Vantage Construction, and they will be knocking on doors or entering the backyards if gates are unlocked.
