This project does not include any of IPCCA streets, but we are sharing this information as it will affect travel within Indian Palms CC.
Attached, please find Quad 1 street project information, which is scheduled for September 28, 2020 thru October 2, 2020. For additional communication, IPCA is kindly requesting you send this information to your homeowners. I will be posting on the Dwelling Live Website and sending an email blast as well.

Notes from Asphalt MD’s:
· We will need the water off around the perimeter of the streets that are being seal coated, from 5:00 am until 5:00 pm, on each of the days that area is being seal coated.
· On Wednesday September 30th, the small parking lot in HOA 1, will be closed, and All vehicles will need to move out of the parking lot, from 7:00 am Wednesday September 30th, until approximately noon on Thursday October 1st. (This is to accommodate the striping of the parking lot. We will need the water off around the perimeter of the parking lot for the striping.) The Closure Diagram has the closure times noted on it. ** We will want a tow truck available on Wednesday Morning, to be prepared to remove any vehicles that have not moved.
· On Wednesday September 30th, The Main Gate Entrance and Exit will be closed from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, to be seal coated. Vehicles will use the 50th Avenue Gate to enter and exit. The Closure Diagram and the Notice have this noted on them.
· On Thursday October 1st, the large parking lot in HOA 1, will be closed, and All vehicles will need to move out of the parking area, from 7:00 am Thursday October 1st, until approximately noon on Friday October 2nd. (This is to accommodate the striping of the parking lot. We will need the water off around the perimeter of the parking lot for the striping.) The Closure Diagram has the closure times noted on it. ** We will want a tow truck available on Thursday Morning, to be prepared to remove any vehicles that have not moved.
· On Monday September 28th, we will have an early trash pick-up for the streets shown in Green on the Closure Diagram. (I have contacted Mike Samano from Burrtec and have set this up) The streets that will have the early trash pick-up are: Odlum Drive to Biery Street, Cochran Drive, Bergman Road, and Russell Lane.
