IPCCA has made a few, minor revisions to the IPCCA Mobile App. If your mobile device is set-up for automatic updates for mobile apps, you will see the changes without having to do anything. If you have automatic updates, the second button on the mobile app should say ALERTS. See the image below for reference.
If the second button still says NOTIFICATIONS, uninstall the mobile app and reinstall it. The updates will be included on the new install.
